Bump glob and markdownlint-cli (#34)

Removes [glob](https://github.com/isaacs/node-glob). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [markdownlint-cli](https://github.com/igorshubovych/markdownlint-cli). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `glob`

Updates `markdownlint-cli` from 0.41.0 to 0.46.0
