Shrink when minimized does not work

option "Shrink when minimized" does not shrink the indicator when the window is minimized.

The indicator settings are going to be overhauled so this should be fixed at that time. I just don't have a ton of time to work on it right now so it'll be a bit before this is done.

indicator shrinking breaks when using FancyTasks together with "PanelColorizer"
the option "desaturate" also breaks.
its allmost like FancyTask stops being able to detect if applications are minimized...
all other options affecting indicators seem to work tough...
