[FEATURE] configurable marks window placement

Thanks for the plugin!
When opening the marks window via "Show marks", could it appear at the top center of the screen instead of the middle?
Maybe with a config like position = "top_center"?

That’s a great suggestion - having the marks window appear at the top center makes sense, especially for users who prefer to keep their editing area visible below.

I like the idea of a simple config option such as:

require("marksman").setup({
  ui = {
    position = "top_center", -- or "center", "bottom_center"
  }
})

I’ll look into adding this as part of the UI customization options so users can choose where the window appears.

@fadedreams I’ve submitted PR #26 which adds ui.position to configure where the marks window appears.
Feedback and testing would be much appreciated!
