Probably. Don't have one, so I can't test it myself. For 1G, it depends on the PHY chip, but there is probably a design in the repo that will work for it. For the QSFP28 ports, GTYs are GTYs. Only difference between boards are pins and clocking and maybe resetl/lpmode, which need to be the right levels to turn on lasers in optical modules.
