Feature: Imperatively set animation progress.

@ysulyma posed an interesting idea for a future feature of TypeIt: the ability to set animation progress imperatively. This would allow people to arbitrarily advance to different points of a determined animation at will, or do things like syncing to a video that's playing (suggested in the linked issue). Here's the API that was brought up:
