Serial MIDI under RPi 2/3

Just tested this solution for getting MIDI to work, fixed it for me in Pi2 and 3:

and I also had to systemctl stop serial-getty@ttyAMA0.service

Will add those lines to config.txt, and stop the serial-getty service for the next compiled image. (cmdline.txt remains unchanged). I will leave this issue open in case there are any more suggestions.
