Linux Builds Have No Icon

linux builds fail to implement the icon in the binaries, error in build logs state that the static/icon.png file is not a PNG. Have already tried another image file encoded differently but as a PNG still and error persists.

Update there is no issue with the logo being included when running a dev environment but the binaries I build don't have the logo as their icon like it does in the dev environment. Electron builder is likely culprit will try a new version, had to update to a new version to make Mac builds work before, but didn't update to latest release.
