Zoom in and out functionality

##  In the Node-Editor we need the ability to have a zoomed in or out of the canvas.

## Expected behavior:

When at the Node-Editor page if I press CTRL+ mouse wheel or use the pinch in on the mouse pad the canvas should be zoomed out showing more space and nodes.
