Modifications to game rules

• Pot size limit of 100 to reduce variance
• Starting stacks of 10000, and bots play for a maximum of 1000 rounds
• Instead of 1s per turn, bots should have 10s in total, over all 1000 rounds
• Two bots can only play against each other once
• Challenges are rated if you are challenging someone with higher rating than you
• It would be cool if your page had an indicator showing all the active games your bot is in, and allowing you to watch their status live (once websockets are set up)
