🧭 What and Why

This PR updates links inside specs to match the new docs.
URL structure for API references have slightly changed.

I also updated some descriptions for clarity.

🎟 JIRA Ticket:

Changes included:

• Replace all API > API links with absolute URLs that match the new docs site.
• Clarify summary and description of patchCrawler endpoint -- it didn't match what the endpoint actually does
• Swap "Upsert" with "Add or update" for the getCompositionRule endpoint. It's longer but easier to understand from people without database knowledge.
• Remove "Related guide:" from the externalDocs.description fields. We will render this docs side.
• Remove trailing slashes from URLs. On Mintlify that leads to one less redirect.
