4.4.0 regresses the peer dependencies issues with `@docsearch/js`

Description

f194ae0 moved @docsearch/react to dependencies from devDependencies in packages/docsearch-js/package.json, reverting the fix done in 9967436 (see vuejs/vitepress#472 for discussion).

Steps to reproduce

mkdir foo
cd foo
pnpm config set --location=project auto-install-peers false
pnpm add @docsearch/js

Expected behavior

No warnings/errors with strict package managers.

sorry for this regression. We are working on the release of docsearch v4.4, and I have a private PR coming up very soon with improved bundling size and the addition of the askAI side panel.

I'm currently working on the VitePress integration. We've noticed some parts that could be improved to benefit the integration. We are working on this upstream #2826. I'll get back to you with a working PR.

Again sorry for the regression, v4.5 will be more reliable.

@brc-dd I have a PR up to fix these issues. Sorry about that, this was a regression caused by us trying to get our build system to play nice in CI 😦

@brc-dd We have version 4.5.0-beta.0 up that holds the fix for this issue if you don't mind checking that it no longer happens 😄
