Modernize: replace Grunt/Stylus build with conventional HTML/CSS

- Remove Gruntfile.coffee and package.json (no build tools needed)
- Remove all .styl preprocessor files
- Remove outdated normalize.css and compiled minified CSS
- Create new index.html with semantic HTML5 structure
- Create new css/style.css with modern CSS (Grid, Flexbox, CSS variables)
- Remove Learn The Web repository section
- Keep two GitHub repository cards: Our websites, Grad websites
- Target modern browsers only (no vendor prefixes, no IE support)
- Fluid typography using clamp()
- Inline SVG icons for social media
- Site is now simple, maintainable, and serves directly from GitHub Pages
