Feat: add possibility to set "Allow to create mailboxes alias with wildcard matching patern" in domain templates

# At present
In template view, we can check "Allow to create mailboxes alias with wildcard matching patern" but this value is not saved. If I use template for a new domain, the box is not check for this feature.

- [ ] The value is saved and used when use template on domain creation.
