style: update dashboard layout and contract offer description

- Modified the CSS class for the tablist to use a rounded-lg style for improved aesthetics.
- Changed the contract offer response to redirect users after sending an offer instead of assigning contracts and achievements.
- Enhanced the drawer description to include information about auto-renewal and cancellation options for contracts.
