accountInformation.json has incorrect test data

accountInformation.json does not contain required fields

  algod.oas2.json specifies

Some of these are omitted from the accountInformation.json. Actual response from algod does contain those fields. This results in deserialisation failures in the .NET SDK test suite but only in the test suite.
