Removing Lora Txn Wizard limitations

Feature request: Lora Txn Wizard should remove the following limitations:

• Not possible to set fee to 0 ALGO
• Not possible to create an application
• Not possible to rekey simultaneously with an app call
• When editing an app call where resources were already edited, the already edited resources disappear and need to be redone
• When adding arguments to an app call, it is titled as Argument 1. It is unclear what happens with Argument 0.
• When adding arguments to an app call, it would be beneficial to have a comment in what form they must/can be entered (e.g. a string of bytes).
