[Bug]: Proposer NFD not resolving on the homepage listings

Description

Not sure if intentional or not but NFDs are not resolving on the homepage:

Proposer here has NFD - gazer.algo. The proposal page renders the proposer as NFD:

https://xgov.algorand.co/proposal/3372036613

But the proposal listing on the homepage does not:
