Regarding the issue of QP  link establishment.

I noticed that the source code of HPCC directly schedules data flows and starts the transmission. It seems that there is no process for establishing QP (Queue Pair) links. I'd like to confirm whether the HPCC simulation does not implement the link establishment operation.
