p3c-pmd plugin not support jdk 21

Describe the bug
My application is running on jdk 21, When I run use p3c-pmd and run "mvn pmd:pmd", I got this error:
Execution default-cli of goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-pmd-plugin:3.24.0:pmd failed: A required class was missing while executing org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-pmd-plugin:3.24.0:pmd: net/sourceforge/pmd/lang/BaseLanguageModule.
