AMQP Publisher getting an error

Hello,
I setup everything that I think is OK, but Im keep getting an error:
```
AlreadyClosedException: channel is already closed due to channel error; protocol method: #method<channel.close>(reply-code=406, reply-text=PRECONDITION_FAILED - inequivalent arg 'x-dead-letter-exchange' for queue
```

What can be the cause?
