Not Marking Movies as Watched on Simkl After Recent API Changes

Describe the bug
While watching movies on Stremio, they are not being marked as watched on Simkl. I believe this might be due to some recent update on Simkl’s side. The “More Like This” addon also wasn’t working with Simkl recommendations, and the developer said the API had changed. After he added the option for us to enter our own API key, it started working again.
