docs(content): port custom 404 page from Docusaurus site to Astro #907
Description
As the title says, we currently have a custom 404 page in the docusaurus site. Instead let's move that to the new astro site .
- Port the old custom 404 page (website/statics/index.html) to the current placeholder (website/statics/404.md)
This new smaller issue was pulled from #880 which was create when we had less of a plan! so i will eventually close that issue but anyone could work on this issue.
NOTE: We are merging all Astro-related upgrades into the docs-upgrade branch rather than the main branch of this repository. So if you want to work on this issue, please pull the docs-upgrade branch down from this repository and create a new branch in your fork from that branch (not from main!).
