docs(ci): setup circle ci for site preview from GitHub

If we set up Circle CI for this repo, we can then have a live preview of the site on Circle CI

Then we can have something like what is in this pr to view the site before merging (given we won't use Netlify for a bit). This is a nice to have, but also it will make merging pr's so much easier!! so it's worth the time

I could have a look. I've never used CircleCI before so would have to do some learning.
Live previews are a great feature.

Did you get anywhere with Netlify ownership and their open source programme?

Hi! Please know that there is no pressure to work on this ! I can add the netlify badge to our current astro doc layout! But netlify needs to see the online docs with the netlify badge so the build will need to go live for me to finish up the application! That is in part why I'd love to get the astro docs live. ✨️
