Listen_only: true does not allow to set centerfreq

Is it even possible when

listen_only: true

and

rtltcp: "-s 2048000 -f 46700000"
rtlamr: "-unique=true -centerfreq=46700000" 

that listening to everything out there under that frequency? the logs say otherwise:
