Replacing entity in Home Assistant

Hey guys, so my stats are all messed up since I had the incorrect numbering format and the new version of the adon. I'm trying to fully delete it from HA and replace it. No matter what I do, it's coming back into HA with the same name and grabbing the historical data. How can I fully delete my water meter and replace it?

You have to delete the old MQTT topics inside your MQTT Broker (mosquitto?)

Delete these topics:

rtlamr/
