Configure Test Suite for SearchPress Tests

Description

Currently the test suite does not run SearchPress tests properly. The purpose of this issue is to ensure that the test suite functions with Pest and Unit test against SearchPress as a provider.

Use Case

Wehn a user adds a SearchPress test, it runs.

The test in github unit-tests action will need to be readded:
