What is the difference between 'time' and 'since' in the asyncapi specification?

Hi, I have a question about the difference between the time and since property in de async api. To me it seems like there is no difference between those properties but I am unsure.

The time property description is Timestamp of when the occurrence happened. Must adhere to RFC 3339. and the since property description isTime of the change. Could you please explain the difference between the occurence and change in those 2 descriptions?

What about these descriptions:

Time:

The timestamp when this message was sent by the system that publishes it.
This reflects when the message entered the messaging infrastructure, not necessarily when the data was created or modified.
Must adhere to RFC 3339.

Note: Terminology such as “publisher,” “sender,” or “producer” may vary depending on the messaging technology in use.

Since:

The point in time when the described change or event actually occurred.
This value reflects the business-relevant timestamp and is independent of when the message was sent or received.
