Timestamps in outputprofile do not match the inputprofile.

Currently, the outputprofile timestamps do not copy the format of inputprofile. This could lead to problem when integrating TTM.  An example is that when timezone aware timestamps are provided in the input, the processed input and the output is time-zone naïve. It is requested to sure that the timestamps in the OutputProfile exactly match the input format.
