[BUG] *winding_constant defined as integer*

Describe the bug

During parameter optimization I discovered that the winding_const_k21 and winding_const_k22 are defined as integers.

Expected behavior

Can you change the parameters to be defined as floats, so tweaking is possible.

Did a double check with @thijsvanderhoeven301 and @anna-van-velsen. I made this change a long time ago during a larger refactor and found the values used only to be integers, hence I set the typing to that. Turns out that's not really the case and they can indeed be floating values. So this can indeed be changed to float.
