GitHub Discussions now officially in use

You may have already noticed this a while back, but the GitHub Discussions tab is open for use!

What does this mean for the Weather Provider API?

1. Any important development will be posted on the "Announcements" section. This includes anything from important development decisions to information on changes to external data that influence the working of the API, to releases and collaborations.
2. As the third version of the API reaches the further developmental stages, we'll start placing examples of different levels of API and library usage, installation under more unusual circumstances, and how to produce your own WeatherModels and WeatherSources or reconfigure existing ones to get the data you want, the way you want it. All of this will be ordered in the "Show and tell" section of the Discussions tab.
3. The "General" section is intended for any kind of discussion about the Weather Provider API and related subjects like weather sources or the methodology used by the API and its sources.
4. The "Ideas" section is for any idea you may have to improve the Weather Provider API. Popular and good ideas will be added to the project board for the appropriate version. It is of course still possible to directly add issues, but outside of bugs and some very good ideas these may get less traction in the Issues tab, so we will likely transfer those to the discussions tab sooner or later.
5. The "Q&A"section is of course intended for questions (and their answers). Anyone can of course place and answer questions here, and we'll aim to keep the most commonly asked ones as visible as possible. We aim to make the experience of asking questions and getting them answered as easy and clear as possible.
