Context:

The bot must replay all Dither posts and keep streaming new ones without duplication. This establishes parity with the on-chain history.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Backfill job posts the entire Dither history exactly once (from first post to latest) into the channel.
• Streaming mode follows new posts from the Postgres indexer; no duplicates when restarted.
• Logging records processed post IDs and block heights; configuration supports staging vs. production.
