[Allure Playwright] Set outdated test from code to Allure TestOps #1371

Describe the solution you'd like
There are several tests that are marked as skip, and there are no problems with that. They show up as skipped in TestOps.
But I need the test itself to be marked as Outdated/Deprecated in TestOps, now it's Active. Of course, this can be done manually, but I'd like to do it from within the automated tests using a separate label/tag or something similar.
