Alonso Herreros's dotfiles

Dotfiles just the way I like 'em.

These dotfiles were designed for the following setup:

• 🍀 Base: Arch

• 🤖 Session Manager: UWSM

• 🌼 Window Manager / compositor: Hyprland

• ✨ Status bar: Waybar

• 🚀 Launcher/dmenu: Fuzzel

• 🪵 Notification daemon: Dunst

• 🤏 Gestures daemon: Fusuma

• ⌛ Idle daemon: Hypridle

• 🪫 Battery daemon: Batsignal

• 📷 Screen capture utility: hyprcap

• 🗄️ File Manager: Yazi plus XDP termfilechooser

• 📁 GUI File Manager: Nautilus

• 🌷 Terminal: Kitty

• 🍄 Shell: Zsh with oh-my-zsh and p10k (bash is configured too)

• 📝 Editor: vim

• 🌐 Browser: Brave

• ❄️ Screen locker: Hyprlock

• 🍁 Wallpaper: Hyprpaper

Installation

These dotfiles are configured using dotbot!

1. Clone this repository recursively to your dotfiles directory of choice (mine is ~/.dotfiles)
2. cd into the repo
3. Run the ./strap utility to set up symlinks!

git clone --recursive https://github.com/alonso-herreros/dotfiles .dotfiles
cd .dotfiles
./strap
