#FeatureRequest Can I disable Progress Change when Touch moves from Left to Right or Right to left. #19

Hello,
I have placed n no of BoxedVerticalSeekBar(s) in horizontal recycler view. When I try to move recycler view (left to right or right to left) the seekbar starts moving. I want to prevent seekbar from user interaction when user moves from left to right & only allowing interaction when user moves from top to bottom or bottom to top.
