Custom widget state management

2 options to investigate:

• offer a technical context provider implementation of the widget state to allow for reducer patterns, atomic or global state, state listener selector...
• offer a context lifecycle opinionated management with other hooks impacting the context (i.e. useToolCall could impact the same state property than toolOuput to have a replacable always present prop to render)
