3.14.4 broke @onClick on livewire2 dynamic elements

I have a livewire 2 component that renders a dropdown,

the list is an ul with items rendered by livewire via computed property

each li has an @click attribute

@click="$wire.select('{{ $item['key'] }}', '{{ $item['class'] }}')"

with 3.14.4 the click does apparently nothing
i tried using @click="console.log('{{ $item['key'] }}', '{{ $item['class'] }}')" and nothing appears
reverting to 3.14.3 fixes the problem

3.14.4-3.14.7 are all buggy, update to 3.14.8

I updated to 3.14.8 and found the error, than rolled back until my app worked again and found 3.14.4 to be the culprit (but bug is still present in 3.14.8)

hmm, is there anything more about the context of these?

this might be related to livewire as well...

Is livewire updated?

it is updated to the latest 2.x available
the dropdown is populated by livewire and the click is listened by alpine,
my guess is that alpine ignore the new dom nodes generated by livewire, do you know of a "fiddle" environment where I can try to replicate the problem ?
