Users do not understand difference profile and CV

There is a need for clarifying the difference between Person and CV. Suggestion to do following improvements:
a) Provide icon with expanding text frame with general instruction in e.g. in header explaining "1) First create your person. 2) Based on person create one or several CVs. 3) For each CV, select with post to include from Person."
b) Create some kind of warning if none of your CVs does not include all posts
c) (additional ideas are welcome...)

This issue has been explained over and over again to the users and would reduce the support extremely much...
