Error about compatibility of .Net Framework in **README**

I wanted to let you know that the statement

the minimal required version is .NET 4.8, which is not supported on Windows XP, Windows 8 or Windows Vista.

is not true because I could install the .NET 4.8 on Windows 8 without a problem ! and therefore use the latest version of outlookcaldavsynchronizer

I know this is not really an issue or a bug but as the discussion tab is not enabled on this project there were no other place where to communicate with you

Something else, I had to create an account on github in order to inform of this problem and just to let you know this took me at least 15 minutes because first I had to "play" with a annoying captcha from github either a puzzle or an audio puzzle then I had to check my mail, confirm and then login again so 15 minutes lost just to reach you :/
maybe there they are other git repository than github ?
