Overlay hands apple vision pro

I apologize if this has been asked before hut can’t find info and I’m new to forum.

I have had instances where I could see my hands overlaid on virtual game controllers while tinkering with settings but have been unable to find where the settings are to choose them.

Could you please point me to the relevant settings?

Using latest versions of ALVR/vision OS/steam VR

I think this problem is mostly resolved now. It rarely if ever happens to me anymore, but if it does, you simple need to hold down both AVP buttons to get to the task menu and then go back to ALVR and the hands should disappear.
