Pico 4 Enterprise - Expose individual eye tracking for VRCFT #9

Pico 4 Enterprise has API references for "GetPerEyePose" and "GetPupilInfo" among other things, this should mean theoreticially the Pico 4 Enterprise supports tracking each eye individually (e.g; going cross-eyed or "eye convergance").
I'm hoping you can bring support for this into the ALVR module for VRCFT.
