Failed to run

I have added my own IP in offline.html & index.html, also added kaldi path in path.sh, model path is also added in run_kaldi_server.sh but I couldn't able to run it. I opened the offline.html in google chrom but its not recording audio. I am using gmm+hmm acoustic model. I am executed audio.html perfectly.
