How can I install this tool with go install?

I saw a bunch of options, including installing with NPM, but I didn't see an option for installing with go tooling.
Just doing go install github.com/amacneil/dbmate doesn't work.

It works with: go install github.com/amacneil/dbmate/v2/...@latest

Should I make a PR adding this as installation option in the Readme?

We don't recommend installing via go install for many reasons, including that cgo is required to correctly compile dbmate/
