Not able to fetch recent changes from the history file

Dear Bastian and coauthors,

I've been trying to use your tool to create a time lapse for the recent Morshansk mapparty in Russia, but found out that I'm not able to show changes that were made 6-7 days ago.
I'm using the osh.pbf file that today (21.06.2025) is state to be last modified 3 days ago

When I input the values that correspond to the command

./make.sh external/central-fed-district-internal.osh.pbf 2025-06-12T00:00:00Z 2025-06-18T00:00:00Z 41.797314,53.464215,41.837568,53.476247 15 15 10

I get the image that has almost none of the residential areas in the bottom half mapped. But if you check, e.g. the residential area at the bottom left you can see that it was edited at June 12th 21:37+03:00. Other areas were also mapped days before June 18th.

As I understand that must be a not a problem with any of your code but with the history file itself. However I have no experience using it, so I would be very grateful if you can show me how I can debug this issue.

I've noticed the same thing to happen sometimes, I think there sometimes is a lag for how current the Geofabrik files are, even if the 'last modified date' is newer, in my experience it sort itself out after a few days, but maybe @amandasaurus has a better idea than that!
