Is it possible to force one locale for all number formats regardless of the selected locale?

I would like all my number formats to be in en-US regardless of the selected locale (while keeping e.g. date formats locale specific). Is it possible to achieve?

Just hardcode the locale instead of passing the locale in:

const number = 1234.123

number.toLocaleString("en-US");
