app/not-found.tsx rendered when going to /[locale]

I noticed that the not-found.tsx page runs even when going to other pages, such as /[locale] or /[locale]/pathnames in the example-app-router app.

To reproduce:

1. Run example-app-router.
2. Add a console.log call in src/components/NotFoundPage.tsx.
3. Go to any page and you should see your message in the logs.

Is this expected or is it a bug?

I noticed this too and added this bug report in the Next.js repo: vercel/next.js#71623

Oh, I didn't think it was a bug in Next.js, I thought it was because all pages where under [locale]. I'll mark this discussion as answered then and we'll follow vercel/next.js#71623 instead.
