When the user accesses a non-existent language, redirect to the default language.
The language code "fr" does not correspond to an existing language.
When the user accesses, it is desired to redirect to the default language "en".
For example： https://next-intl-example-app-router.vercel.app/fr/pathnames -> https://next-intl-example-app-router.vercel.app/en/pathnames
