Wide screens and long graphs cause duplicated bars

• System (Intel/AMD/Raspberry Pi etc): Intel
• OS version: CachyOs (6.13.3-2-cachyos)
• s-tui version: 1.1.6
• Installation method(pip/PPA/source code): CachyOs' extra repository

Step 2: Describe the problem:

• What happened? (Traceback of a crash/Image/description):
  The bottom graph seems too long for s-tui's buffer, and shows its content duplicated
  

Step 3: Reproduce the problem:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Use a wide screen (21:9, 3440x1440 in my case)
2. Run s-tui
3. Maximize window

Made a temorary fix for this by increasing the vector length a full fix would be to reevaluate screen size on each screen size change
