Help with some vicious hackers! PLEASE #126

HEY. So for the past 4 years my life with electronics has been a living hell. I have had some hackers invade all you can think of. Social media, my iphones, all my computers, my work, my bank accounts. They made me lose a lifetime of photos. They constantly bully me, make fun of my ethnicity, control absolutely every electronic device including my fathers and I have spent countless nights going crazy trying to find out who they are so I can press charges. This has crippled my life. Yesterday my web browsers synched with theirs because I was trying to see if that way I can have access to my social media and I ended up downloading a HUGE file compromising of more than 3000 pages detailing how they are hacking me. I immediatley saved it to my computer and sent it to a friend. They are extremely quick and they turned that document with all the coding and precious information into a simple manual of some computer stuff. Now I have the file that has been modified, my question to you is, by me having this file, is there any way to restore it to the previous version so I can investigate with that information??? I am not computer savvy and I am please asking here for some advice as this is causing me to lose interest in almost everything and I live in fear. PLEASE HELP! MUCH LOVE
