FRQ: Automate Release and deployment.

Proposed new feature or change:

Here it would be good to use workflows fron git action in order to automate the release process.

deployement should happen in

• Pypi
• Conda forge
• Website update Doc

I will propose a pull request with three new workflows

current state:

• Pypi deployment via TrustedPublishing (still to be tested)
• conda forge (probably via conda-forge feedstock)
• website possibly via separate organization repository and machine user that handles the deployment via ftp

Let's also check what the regro-cf-autotick-bot is doing. It seems to create the recipe necessary for conda automatically. But minor changes might be necessary in this file - or the file needs to be updated once such that the following recipes are correct.
