Proposed new feature or change:
with the addition of the PCFangle method for individual particle orientation, there could be an extension of the evaluation method for an individual and custom reference axis:
A more general custom mode that allows to specify an arbitrary function to calculate the reference axis or directly provide the reference axis e as np.ndarray in the shape(3,), (nframes,3) or (nav,3).
